Join Emmilee as she guides you through six weeks of yoga, breathing and mindfulness basics. This course is suitable for beginners, or those returning to yoga, all bodies and ages welcomed. Learn to move better, breath better, and confidently navigate a yoga class, using modifications to suit your individual needs.
(Course will go ahead subject to numbers with a minimum of 6 to go ahead, Maximum of 10 per course)
