We are glad you here!
Our beautiful yoga space is loacted at One Body Wellness. We can get 10-12 mats into each class so bookings are essential to save your space.

New to the studio?
Yay, we love meeting new people, send us an email or txt to the above to make your booking. Let us know that you are new and we will get some details off you before your first class. Please try and show up a few minutes early so you have plenty of time to meet us and settle in.

We have something for everyone:
Are you feeling casual, not sure how many classes you can make it to? A casual Pass or ten class pass is the way to go.
Feeling a little more motivated:
Become a regular and come to one class per week on average
Become commited and come to two classes per week on average
Become dedicated and come to three classes a week on average
(Thes numbers are averages, you might come to more or less in a week but these passes have to be used within 3 months)
Our beautiful little yoga space only holds 10-12 mats, so we ask that if you are not goint to make it to a class you have booked please lt us know within 2 hours so your spot can go to someone else can take your spot.
Cancellation within two hours of your booked class or "no shows" may result in a credit being taken from your account. We appreciate your understanding.
